The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. I also appreciated having two TVs, one in the lounge and the other in the bedroom. The shower was spacious and very clean, providing a wonderful bathing experience. The room service was great, and the breakfast they served was delicious. The view from my room was beautiful and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet.

We recently stayed in a hotel that was conveniently located close to Castle Towers. It was a bit of a distance from any public transportation, but it suited us fine as we had a taxi drop us off at the front entrance. The room we stayed in had a satisfactory layout, with a modern TV and decent bathroom facilities. The staff provided friendly service and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant.
We were disappointed to find that the breakfast options were not value for money. The fruit salad seemed to be made from tinned fruits, and our bircher musli was dry and tasteless.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with everything I needed to keep entertained close by. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and friendly bell staff/porter. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar and in-room safe. The dining options were great, with a restaurant serving delicious meals and a bar/lounge area perfect for relaxing with a drink. The leisure and wellness facilities were outstanding, with a spa, sauna, and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast included option was a great choice with delicious food. The hotel facilities, such as the pool and gardens, looked lovely.
